I have never had any kinds of problems with dealing with Amazon directly, but I will definitely think twice about buying anything from an outside seller. Well it never arrived at my residence. I was accused of receiving the item and just not wanting to pay for it. They use a form of USPS, but the slowest, cheapest way of shipping.
I ordered this cookbook on 12/07/09 and as of Christmas Eve it didn't arrive. I should have read the reviews of this seller before ordering and would have saved myself a lot of worrying, time and aggravation. The seller contact, Brian, was argumentative and very rude. I was in contact with the seller, MediaPrime, and explained to them that it was a Christmas present and if I didn't get it on Christmas Eve I didn't want it.
I wrote to them that I wanted a refund and I was given such a hard time about it. I never did get this cookbook as I can't track it down and I'm hesitant to order from outside sellers. They agreed to refund the money if it didn't come in time. I asked twice for a tracking number so I could at least see where it was and finally got that.
Would recommend highly. Many interesting stories from Lynne Tolley. Excellent cookbook. Great recipes for cooking with Jack Daniel.
It's Lynchburg, Tennessee at it's "yummiest." Some of the tastiest, good 'ol country cooking you'll find today. And, if anyone you know is a "Jack" fan, this cookbook is a real treat.
Great gift I got this for my mother-in-law for Christmas, she loved it. Great mouth-watering recipes.
The ones we tried were very tasty. There are some very interesting receipes in this cook-book.
